I was unsure about using Coldwell banker again after a less than average previous experience with a different realtor(no longer with CwB). However Paige redeemed this brokerage! I worked with Paige to purchase my home in abasand. She is everything you could want in a realtor, knowledgeable, honest, and open minded. This is my third property purchase and Paige outshined all the previous Realtors by a long shot. Her local knowledge was incredibly valuable to me. During our first viewing she pointed out a few things I wouldn't have noticed and even crawled under a patio to have a better look.
